In 2020, I discovered UX Design — and it instantly clicked. t combined everything I value in design: creativity, logic, and empathy.
Coming from a graphic design background, I found in UX a new challenge — one that lets me think deeper about how people interact, not just how things look.
It’s where my curiosity meets purpose.
I designed and prototyped this app right after completing my UX/UI course as a personal project. My goal was to create an interactive and engaging way to present my CV, serving as an exercise to showcase and strengthen my prototyping skills.
A landing page to collect participant data for a coupon campaign, and:
Personal Insights:
1. Clean separation between the campaign information\KV and the Form itself.
2. Organizing fields vertically.
3. Using success colors to submit CTA.
4. I had to fight for the Newsletter tick box default state to be “inactive”.
5. Client wanted to ask for “Age” and “State”. I asked for as little information request as possible.
Here is some of my work during the discovery phase. I had no team to collaborate with, only my knowledge of UX design and determination to understand before creating.
Since I carried out these explorations independently, they reflect my hands-on experience as a solo UX designer learning to navigate the early stages of design thinking.
At Vila Galé, I worked on the redesign of our website—a platform used by multiple departments, each facing different challenges.
I met with every team to understand their needs and pain points and worked closely with HR to map the customer journey for job seekers.
Although the project was paused early, I’m sharing this process to highlight how I approached the challenge and the UX tools I used.
When working on Samsung landing pages, we struggled with unrealistic client expectations and friction between design and development teams.
To improve the workflow, I joined client briefings, created internal briefings for the frontend team, and invited the client to live proposal reviews. This helped align everyone early and made approvals much faster.
